Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic group experience that can help identify, honor & release the heavy patterns that may be affecting your physical or mental health, blocking your creativity, or continuing to play out as hidden relational dynamics, at work or in your current relationships.

Explore the geography of your multidimensional Self, combining creative writing, expressive arts & Awareness Through Movement and more. We meet in person as a group twice a month for 7 two-hour sessions, as well as invididually for 7 somatic coaching sessions in person or online.
